Weight Loss and Nutrition Program

Whole 30 nutrition

Whole30 is a nutrition reset that helps identify foods that may be causing disruptions in your health. For 30 days you eliminate foods that commonly cause inflammation which may lead to increased weight gain, headaches, acne, joint pain, mental fog, poor sleep, irregular menstrual cycles and many other common health problems. During the Group Whole30 you will have an opportunity to be guided through a Whole30 with the support of a coach and in a safe, small group setting.

If you are interested in a Group Whole30, please email Kim at kim@bellanwc.org to find out more information about the next class.

Individual coaching opportunities are also available, contact Kim for more information!
