Whole30 is a nutrition reset that helps identify foods that may be causing disruptions in your health. For 30 days you eliminate foods that commonly cause inflammation which may lead to increased weight gain, headaches, acne, joint pain, mental fog, poor sleep, irregular menstrual cycles and many other common health problems. During the Group Whole30 you will have an opportunity to be guided through a Whole30 with the support of a coach and in a safe, small group setting.

MEET YOUR WHOLE 30 COACH
Kim Sandman | RN | RDMS
Kim is a busy wife and mom. She and her family find lots of adventure in Colorado and they love to travel. Kim has worked in Women’s Health her entire career. She has worked as a Labor and Delivery nurse and worked for 10 years in High Risk OB as a Nurse Sonographer. In 2015 Kim joined Bella and does Ultrasound, Hormone Replacement and Nutrition Education. Kim found a passion for health and nutrition when she started running and biking in her mid thirties. She became even more interested in healthy nutrition when her youngest daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy. Kim found The Whole30 when trying to find a way to have more energy for her busy family. Since 2016 she has been applying these practices and has found that the principles of the Whole30 have provided a really balanced nutritional format. Practicing the balance that she learned through the Whole30 has helped her balance many other aspects of her life.
